Ai becomes first motor claims company to mandate Kitemark
Claims Solutions provider Ai has mandated the Thatcham BSI Kitemark across its repairer network, becoming the first motor claims company to do so.
“The Thatcham BSI Kitemark is an important milestone for the repair industry within the UK”, said Ai Claims Solutions technical services director, Jim Monteith. "Kitemark accreditation clearly demonstrates to the insurance industry and the general public that we are committed to quality and safety standards."
