David Law becomes new global insurance leader
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has appointed David Law as the new global insurance leader.
Law will take up the role with immediate effect succeeding Ian Dilks who is now global head of public policy and regulatory matters.
Based in London, Law will be responsible for leading PwC’s services to the insurance industry globally.
Law said: “This is an exciting time to take on this position with the insurance industry facing many challenges and opportunities. My focus will be to ensure that PwC builds on its current leadership position within the industry and continues to help our clients achieve their goals.”
"Since joining PwC in 1982, Law has worked within the financial services industry, primarily focusing on the insurance sector. In addition to the UK, he has spent significant time working with clients in both Switzerland and Hong Kong.
Law has previously led PwC’s insurance and investment management assurance practice in London and its Scottish assurance practice.
