Kwik-Fit Insurance Services has won its first National Training Award.
The Lanarkshire-based insurance intermediary picked up the Scottish title in the large business category after applying for the UK-wide competition for the first time ever.
HR director Keren Edwards was delighted at the company's success. She said: "Making it to the final stages of the competition was a massive achievement in itself because we were up against a lot of major players. Winning an award represents our commitment to providing our people with the best possible training opportunities, which has an immediate and positive impact on overall business performance."
