Martin Oliver, managing director of KFIS said the new product was introduced in response to increasing inquiries about this type of service.
Oliver said: "The key benefit we will be able to offer is fast, efficient and streamlined service for tradesmen."
The purpose of the new service is to offer tradesmen a service where they can conduct all their insurance-related business over the phone.
A panel of commercial vehicle insurers was consulted about the new product, and the company has plans for future expansion of this service, added Oliver.
