Lamasz Hettle Risk Consulting, the Halesowen-based insurance broking and risk management firm, has acquired Clive E Watson, a Wordsley-based broker.
Lamasz Hettle said the combined business will continue to serve all of both parties commercial and VIP clients.
Clive Watson and Debbie Folkes from Watson will join the Lamasz Hettle as non- executive director and associate respectively.
Jon Hettle, director, Lamasz Hettle Risk Consulting, said: "We are well on track to achieve our three-year goal to be the strongest independent broker in the West Midlands. We want to blend our strong new business growth with more possible acquisitions planned over the next two years."
