International law firm Ince & Co is to open two new offices in France as part of its European expansion strategy.

From 2 January 2002, the company will have offices in Paris and Le Havre to add to a recently opened operation in Hamburg.

Senior partner Peter Rogan said: "We believe this is a logical step towards developing our worldwide practice and thereby enabling us to provide our clients with a global service."

Ince & Co has had an office in Piraeus since 1993, to provide a service to the Mediterranean region. It also has offices in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.

"For many years Ince & Co has enjoyed close links with the French shipping and insurance industries and we believe Paris and Le Havre to be the ideal locations from which to service our clients and contracts in France and the surrounding areas generally," said Rogan.
