Commercial and personal lines broker Layton Blackham has acquired Midlands broker Cox Hepburn Insurance Services.
Chairman and chief executive Chris Blackham said: “This marks the beginning of the next phase in our long term strategy and we see significant opportunities for profitable expansion, further selective acquisitions and growth of Layton Blackham Business Solutions partnerships over the next 12-36 months."
The acquisition is the twenty second for the company.
