Bibalet provider Letsure has moved its Glasgow operation into new offices to deal with the growing demand for its Tenant Assessment Service (TAS).

The company has seen a 26% growth in the TAS business over the past year.

Managing director Brian Turney said: "The arrangement of the new offices gives us a much more flexible working environment and will enable us to substantially increase productivity to cater for business growth, particularly in the area of tenant assessment."

Letsure has recently introduced a number of new features to its Letsure service, including an improved range of personal history information. A newly calibrated risk score has also been developed to enable a more informed decision to be made on accepting or declining rentals.
