Ian Cook will report to head of business development and market relationships Mark Stephenson
Liberty Mutual Insurance has promoted Ian Cook to head of development UK commercial.
Cook was previously business development manager for the London Market and the South.
In his new role, Cook will be responsible for Liberty Mutual’s UK Development team based in Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, London and Bristol, reporting to head of business development and market relationships Mark Stephenson.
Liberty Mutual Specialty Markets chief underwriting officer - commercial Sean Rocks said: “Providing the very best service and support to all our brokers and clients across the UK is the hallmark of our commercial lines division and we’ve achieved considerable growth since launch.
“With Ian now in place, our team is poised to take advantage of this position as one of the leading commercial lines offerings across the country and a very credible alternative to other markets.”
