Mike Gosselin has worked at Liberty for 14 years
Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) has appointed Mike Gosselin as chief underwriting officer, reporting in to group chief underwriting officer Matthew Moore.
Gosselin, who has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, has spent 14 years at Liberty, holding roles in the U.S and setting up Liberty’s London energy practice.
He will remain in his role as global chief underwriting officer for oil and gas and will focus on all of LSM’s Specialty product lines in his new role.
Group chief underwriting officer Matthew Moore said: “At LSM we have a commitment to help people to prosper and Mike’s appointment is a reflection of that philosophy as well as the hard work and dedication he has displayed.
“Specialty is a core part of LSM, along with commercial and reinsurance, and Mike’s new role will further strengthen our position as one of the leaders in the Specialty sector.”
