Link Underwriting has transferred its motor notification service to Rubicon Claims in Solihull.

Link managing director Steve Tidd said: "Our broker partners, quite rightly, demand the best claims service for their customers and this move represents the first step in the standardisation of our claims service across all product lines.

"Having carried out a pilot programme with Rubicon Claims over the past month, we are delighted with its customer-focused approach and strong desire to deliver benchmark service standards.

"I think our brokers will be equally delighted as we roll-out the support across our motor products in the first instance, and then address the needs of our household and travel portfolios over the coming months."
