Litigation Control Group (LCL Group) completed its acquisition of Trenwick International (TIL).
The FSA approved the acquisition, which also includes Trenwick Management Services and Specialist Risk Underwriters.
Litigation Control Limited will manage the run-off of TIL for an initial five-year period.
