Lloyd's Superannuation Fund is to use Aquila's ASP service for administration purposes, said the Fund.
Lloyd's pensions manager Robert Clark said: "At Lloyd's we were looking for a modern technology solution that would enable us to further our already substantial business improvements.
"In looking at the market we were impressed not only by Aquila's ability to deliver a functionally rich pensions administration solution in administrator but also the ways in which they could deliver this solution.
"As an organisation we chose to utilise the ASP model because it allows us to utilise the capabilities of administrator whilst removing the issues of managing the application in-house."
