Lloyds TSB Group has become the first major sponsor of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The bank said that it had won the rights to be the exclusive banking partner and first domestic partner to the Games, amid fierce competition.
According to the FT, Lloyds TSB will also use the Olympic Games to market the insurance side of its business.
