The London Market Principles (LMP) has released guidelines for January 2005 binding authority renewals.
The guidelines can be found at www.lmp-reforms.com/publications/.
Following the recent publication of the four new non-marine binding authority agreements by the Lloyd's Market Association, the LMP programme office has produced LMP slip templates for each of these, which include the relevant new schedule in the first section of the LMP slip.
