London market broker Glenrand has changed its name to Glencairn.
The name change follows the completion of the management buy out (MBO) of the business from its South African parent Glenrand.
The MBO was reportedly led by Andrew Wallas, Mark Pattle, Paul Aggarwal and Angus Simpson.
Glencairn chairman Andrew Wallas said: "We are delighted that the management buy out is complete. Glencairn Limited is now wholly owned by over 50 of its management and senior staff.
"The independence which management ownership brings will enhance our open, non political culture and provide an excellent platform for us to maintain our excellent growth record."
