The Institute of Risk Management (IRM) has announced that Lord Justice Brooke will be giving the IRM Annual Lecture in June.
Lord Justice Brooke is one of the panel of judges which heard the Hatton stress injury appeal case, and three other similar cases, in February.
IRM chairman Mark Butterworth said: "We are delighted that Lord Justice Brooke has agreed to deliver the Annual Lecture this year as legal developments in stress and psychiatric injury are of key interest to our members. The lecture will provide attendees with a sound platform upon which to plan their risk management activities."
The lecture will take place on 11 June at the Willis offices, Ten Trinity Square, London EC3.
