Loss adjuster Paradigm relocates head office

Chartered loss adjuster and claims handling firm Paradigm Consulting has moved its head office to larger premises in Hampshire to cater for its growing team and client base.

Paradigm Consulting founder Chris Phelan said the firm had outgrown its office in Bentley, Hampshire, where it had been since the business was founded in 2005. It has hired two new full-time staff and expanded its associate network after winning a number of new insurer, broker and local authority clients over the past 12 months.

The business has also expanded its porfolio of services to include claims handling, risk surveying and business continuity consulting.

“These are really exciting times for the business,” Phelan said. “The decision to remain true to our Hampshire roots is down to the fact that the majority of our clients are in the south east and our ethos of providing clients with a professional, local service. Furthermore, Hampshire remains a great place to recruit high-quality staff.”
