Loss adjusters Maxson Young Associates and McLarens International Group have confirmed plans to rebrand as McLarens Young International.
The loss adjusters are close to completing their merger will result in an employee-owned, loss-adjusting firm with a global network of offices.
Peter Tinsley, chief executive of McLarens International said: "We are very pleased with the progress of the merger.
"The union reflects our commitment to bring together a world-class team of claims professionals to better help our clients manage their increasingly sophisticated claims portfolios and improve their bottom line."
