City-based accountancy firm Macnair Mason has acquired the compliance consultancy business of Michael Bowmer.
Bowmer will continue to work with the new venture, called MMB Compliance Solutions Ltd, said Macnair Mason.
In addition Chris Keene, recently part of the FSA high street firms division policy team has been recruited as managing director to provide expertise on FSA regulation.
