Jelf Group said it was to buy Managed Healthcare in a deal worth less than £150,000.
Jelf specialises in providing corporate services in the areas of commercial insurance.
Managing director Peter Elliot said acquiring healthcare broker Managed Healthcare would make the company the “leading provider of corporate healthcare services across the regions in which we operate”.
