Insurer heads to the High Court
Marketform Managing Agency, Marketform Limited and Marketform Management Services are suing former Marketform Limited managing director Nicholas Conway, Insurance Times can reveal.
Marketform’s lawyers have filed a claim against Conway in the High Court, but the full details are yet to be released.
Conway worked on the international medical malpractice side of Marketform, but handed in his notice in September to join RenaissanceRe’s Syndicate 1458.
Marketform and RenaissanceRe would not comment.
