Two senior brokers from Marsh and Willis have joined Kinnect's advisory committee.
President of global placement at Marsh Steve Matanle and Grahame Millwater, chief executive Global Markets at Willis and Willis Re have joined the board.
Iain Saville, Kinnect's chairman and head of business process reform said: “This is an important step forward for Kinnect. Co-operation between brokers and managing agents is the key to constructing the harmonised placing process that will deliver lower risk and improved efficiency to all market users.
"These appointments will support and reinforce co-operation in pursuit of these common goals, and are further evidence of the commitment of Marsh and Willis to Kinnect."
He said Kinnect expected to make further appointments later this year, as Kinnect moves to a "degree of user-governance, under the aegis of Lloyd's as principal shareholder."
