Marsh's new Major Loss Practice will provide an immediate global response for clients that have suffered a large financial or physical loss.
The new London-based practice will be run by David Pigot and Andrew King, who will lead 35 industry specialists from Marsh's UK Retail, Global Markets, Marine & Energy, FinPro, Aviation, Forensic Accounting and Claims Services businesses.
The team will help clients manage the claim, handle negotiations, agree a settlement and provide quantum support.
