Leeds-based broker adds £4.5m to annual premium income

Leeds-based broker Marshall Wooldridge has acquired the entire share capital of Garforth based HNH Insurance Brokers, a former Broker Netwok member.

All staff will be remaining with the group and HNH will continue to trade from its current premises.

The aquisition will add £4.5m in annual premium income to the new group. Marshall Wooldridge now controls £22m premium income and has 70 staff.

Marshall Wooldridge recently gained Chartered broking status.

Marshall Wooldridge are members of the Brokerbility Group and are the accredited brokers for the England & Wales Cricket Board.
