Mazda is the most reliable motor manufacturer in the UK according to a poll commissioned by insurance company Warranty Direct, a report said.
The pole placed Mazda in first place, followed by Ford, Honda, Toyota and Vauxhall in descending order, according to the report.
The least reliable make was Jeep, with Subaru, Land Rover, Alfa Romeo and Saab all joining it in the bottom five, said the report.
The rankings were based on the number of breakdowns and the average cost of repair.
