MD Insurance Services Limited (MDIS) has launched `The Premier Guarantee for Housing' - a 10-year insurance warranty for new housing developments.
The company says this is the first time intermediaries have been able to offer house builders and developers such a guarantee.
Previous products were directly distributed to builders, so MDIS' product is enabling brokers to access this "growing market".
