Medicals Direct has acquired National Medical Examination Network/Definitech, a provider of independent medical examination often used by insurance companies.
Based in Lincoln, National Medical has examination centres throughout the UK, and provides independent screening services as well as examinations.
Medicals Direct said it had plans for further expansion.
