Healthcare provider to the insurance sector, Medicals Direct Group, has acquired medical services firm Paramed Services.
The deal will mean the two companies perform approximately 20,000 medical screenings per month.
Under the deal Paramed and Medicals Direct will combine their network of doctors and nurses to improve client service.
Paramed managing director David Gee is being retained for six months on a consultancy basis to assist with the integration of the two companies as well as the relocation to Medicals Direct's head office in Stanmore, Middlesex.
