Commercial lines specialist Midway Insurance Services is to launch a revamped version of its online Elevations product for blocks of flat insurance.
Midway said Elevations Express was designed for the use of intermediaries and would allow 24-hour access, online risk assessments, and real time quotations.
The Elevations Express offering will include two further products, commercial combined and commercial property owners, all underwritten by Norwich Union.
Midway said the new product would provide intermediaries with greater efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
The product will be available for:
· Blocks of Flats
· Residential Property Owners
· Flats above Shops, Offices or Restaurants
· Commercial Combined
· Commercial Property Owners
Midway said it had plans to develop its online offerings further in the future, with claims tracking and additional products added to Elevations Express.
Midway said it currently has more than 200 intermediaries using the original Elevations system, which was launched in 2000.
