RSA's Manchester director advises fellow attendees to not miss the good stuff - or the grub
It’s time once again for Biba, and all that entails. Being based in Manchester, and having been to a fair few Bibas in my time, I thought I would pass on a few tips to help you make the most of your time there.
The conference is a hive of activity and everyone will be vying for your attention, so make sure you make a note of the people and companies that you don’t want to miss.
With the whole industry in tow, it’s a good time to understand who can answer your business needs, but also to see what everyone else is up to and how your business fits into the wider market.
The keynote speeches and fringe events are often really insightful, and will spark ideas and conversation through the rest of the conference, so try to go to at least one or two.
As for me, many of you will have heard about RSA’s service offering in the mid-market space, Broker Promise. For those of you who haven’t, I’ll be looking to show what this means and how we can provide an exceptional level of service ahead of the competition.
To demonstrate this, I’ll make sure that I’m listening to the market and using active examples about how we are committed to it. I’ll also be looking to show off our new packages product, which we’ll be launching in June.
Last but not least, there will be lots of food and drink on offer, so make sure you pace yourself and don’t burn out too early.
Look forward to seeing you there.
