Misys Financial Systems is offering its OASys quotation software to Brokersoft customers free for 90 days.
Spokesman Tim Lennard explained the move: "The sudden demise of Brokersoft has left approximately 80 brokers potentially unable to trade.
"It is my belief that by using our OASys quotation software for 90 days Brokersoft customers will quickly recognise its benefits and at the very least they will be able to continue trading in the short-term."
