Broker-only insurer MMA Insurance has launched a 24-hour property and liability telephone service for commercial claims.
Brokers and policyholders can use the MMA commercial care line to report or check on claims, which brings the commercial service in line with that used by personal lines customers.
Claims manager Bob Still said: "In most cases there will be no need to complete an incident report form and this will speed up the claims process."
