Mondial Assistance is restructuring its divisons to merge the corporate and financial services department with its travel division.
It has made three new internal appointments following the restructure.

Jon Cooper, previously trading manager is now commercial manager, Steve Hook has been appointed client services manager national sales manager of the corporate and financial services division and Michael Hynd has been
appointed to finance manager.
Mondial's CEO Mike Webb said: "The objective of the newly formed department is to put the obvious synergies of both departments together in terms of mutual clients and opportunities whilst maximising the considerable ability
and experience of both teams."
