Lloyd's insurance and reinsurance broker Monument has been appointed as broker for Essex-based Anglo Pacific Consultants (APC).
APC is a specialist wholesale commercial insurance intermediary and has been a Lloyd's coverholder for several years.
The business provides small business solutions via the internet for a network of more than 800 provincial UK brokers.
It has an established client base of 12,000 customers and a forecast 2004 premium income in excess of £10m.
Monument managing director Tim Smyth said: “Anglo Pacific is an excellent client with a first class team and perhaps the most advanced systems for small business package insurance we have seen. We are very excited at the prospect of working with them and we see huge prospects for helping their business grow.”
APC managing director Brian Russell said: “Our aim is to be writing three times our current value within the next three years and Monument is the front runner to assist us."
