Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the Syndicate Performance Rating of Syndicate 962 (Creechurch Underwriting Ltd) from B- to C+ (below average).
The rating agency said the downgrade reflected "the start-up nature of the operation, the uncertainty over future capital support and the potential for this to affect future returns".
