Lloyd's syndicate 994, Imagine Underwriting Ltd, has had its rating upgraded to C+ from C by Moody's.
Moody's said the syndicate has taken a “new direction” since it was acquired by Imagine Underwriting in 2004.
It said Imagine Underwriting had shown a commitment to the syndicate and the rating outlook was positive.
