Motor Trade Solutions - the broker-only arm of motor trade specialist Road Runner - has announced a 10% growth in the number of brokers wishing to use its facilities.
Following a successful rebranding in May to become Motor Trade, the company has attributed the growth to differentiation between the direct and wholesale channels.
Agency Manager Jeff Walker said: "Since the launch we are being continually approached by new brokers looking for quality motor trade facilities backed by an efficient service."
A £150,000 investment in new IT and communications technology has reduced the workload for brokers and made it easier to place motor trade business.
The investment was prompted in response to brokers' demands for their own brand to write small motor trade more easily.
Walker added: "Traditionally, motor trade business has been perceived as difficult to write but Motor Trade Solutions is breaking the mould on that perception."
