Property restoration firm Munters has won a contract worth millions of pounds to provide disaster restoration services to Capita Insurance Services.

Munters will handle Capita's domestic and commercial claims.

Munters business development manager Mike Burrows said: "I am very pleased to announce that we have been successful in winning this contract. For many years we have operated as the nationally preferred suppliers of Capita McLarens and during this time have established a close working relationship with them.

"The contract is an important step forward for us, and will mean our services will now be used throughout Capita Insurance Services."

Capita said that Munters had been chosen as its preferred supplier after a rigorous evaluation process.
