Allianz Cornhill has added to its range of Select products with the launch of Property Owners Select.
The new product will enable brokers to offer commercial property owners a tailored policy with a choice of covers, sum insured and inner limits.
A property management system will be available with the product for clients who also require administrative support.
The covers available include property damage, legal expenses with a residential letting dispute option,
loss of rental income, property owners liability including Legionella disease liability, employers' liability, money, goods in transit and fidelity insurance.
Allianz Cornhill marketing and product development manager Duncan Carter said the flexibility of the new product would let the company compete successfully in a profitable and growing sector of the commercial lines market.
“Positive feedback from our brokers who specialise in this market indicates that Property Owners Select will be well received,” he said.
“As part of our ongoing risk management initiatives, we'll be working with brokers and their commercial property clients to reduce claims frequency to ensure they benefit from our most favourable terms.”
Allianz Cornhill already offers Commercial Select, Construction Select and Motor Trade Select products.
