As many as a quarter of the workforce could be off today
Today is National Sickie Day - when the most workers are expected to not go in, blaming a fake illness, the Sun reports.
In 2009, 30,000 more staff than normal took the first Monday of February off.
Psychologists say it is down to depression over winter weather, being broke after Christmas and their jobs.
