ITIS Holdings said its NavTrack vehicle tracking system is to be installed as standard on all new Maserati Quattroporte cars.
ITIS said the deal showed the value of its strategy of working directly with vehicle manufacturers to provide services that are supplied as standard on new cars.
NavTrack has been fitted as standard on new Ferraris, and as an option on Maseratis since February 2003, said ITIS.
Ferrari and Maserati UK head of marketing James Pillar said: "NavTrack is an intelligent tool in addressing the issue of car theft. No matter how sophisticated a car's alarms and immobilisers, there's little that can protect it against a determined thief who has obtained the driver's keys.
"By committing to NavTrack as standard fit on the Maserati Quattroporte in the UK, we're maximising the chances of quickly recovering a high value performance and luxury car, particularly before any damage is incurred."
