Netwindfall PLC has purchased Pathfinder Ventures Ltd for £401,657, it announced today. It intends to change the company name to NWD Group PLC.
Pathfinder is a non trading company, which has cash assets of £100,000.
The company added it plans to raise funds by means of the issue of a convertible loan, and disposing of its remaining assets.
