Network Data has extended its deal with Leaseguard to offer its Landlord Household Insurance product on its mortgageLink software.
Network Data said it had offered quotations for the product for the past two years through its phone lines, but that demand from intermediaries had led it to include it in its software offering.
The product has been specifically designed for landlords and offers buildings cover, landlords contents cover, and a rent guarantee and a legal expenses option.
Network data head of operations Terry Young said: “We are pleased with the success we have already had with Leaseguard, and to now make it easier for our intermediaries to quote for this type of business.
“With the buy-to-let mortgage market currently so strong, it is important that we are able offer a complete mortgage and insurance package”
