Networks will have been pleased to read the results of an insurancetimes.co.uk opinion poll, where. 80% of respondents said that FSA regulation would force small brokers to join networks. Only 10% said they would not.
Also on compliance another poll asked visitors whether the FSA's minimum professional indemnity requirements were set at the right level. Once again the results seemed pretty decisive with 61% saying they were too low; 27% saying they were at the right level; and 12% saying they were too high.
