Conferences, events, exhibitions and hospitality insurance specialist Insurex Expo-Sure has appointed Albert Kemp as executive chairman.
Kemp, who was previously managing director, will be replaced by former deputy managing director Terry Waller. The company has also promoted Ian Houghton-Brown to associate director.
Kelvin Mercer, who previously worked for Risk, ASU and BPD Kellett at Lloyd's, will join the business on 28 January 2004 as underwriting director.
