Insure Me, part of the CETA insurance network, has launched the Home Buyers Protection Policy to guard against the various pitfalls that can occur when moving house.
The policy will enable customers to pursue claims against professional advisers and removal men if they are negligent - up to a value of £25,000.
The insurance is available for a one-off charge of £31.50.
