An extranet system for processing claims has been launched by Disaster Restoration Limited (DRL).
DRL said the system would allow claims information, digital images, reports, progress charts and costings to be viewed and authorised online. The system operates through an ordinary web browser.
The system is called DRL Insurance Community Extranet (DICE).
