New risk chief appointed

The Association of Local Authority Risk Managers has a new chief executive.

Lynn Drennan will assume the role on 1 August. Drennan has previously worked as head of risk at Glasgow Caledonian University.

She replaces Bob Cope, who has been working as interim chief executive.
