A new web-based training system, to keep insurance workers up to speed on ABI codes of practice, has been launched by software training company nettrain.
The product, nettrain Milestone, uses the insurance provider's existing training material, management reporting and benchmarking facilities to ensure compliance. The system also shows who has completed the course and who has not.
Training can also be provided on a continuous basis with learners reassessed at pre-determined intervals after the completion of a course.
